Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data Create Harmony processes, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. It covers the akatashi.eu website, the Discord application and the Minecraft server.
Data controller
Create Harmony is a non-profit community project run by a private individual based in France under the name Akatashi Studios, who decides which data is processed and for what purposes.
For any question about your data: contact@akatashi.eu, or reach the staff on the official Discord.
Website data
The akatashi.eu website is static. It has no accounts, tracking cookies or audience analytics. The store is being prepared: no cart, payment or order processing is currently available on the website.
As with any website, the host keeps technical logs needed for security and operation: IP address, date and time, requested page and browser. They are not used to profile you.
Whitelist application (via Discord)
To join the server you complete an application handled by our Discord bot. We then process: your Discord ID and username, your Minecraft username and UUID (identifier), your country, how you heard about the server, your form answers, and the decision status and reason.
Purpose: to assess and manage your admission to a private (whitelisted) server. Legal basis: your consent when you apply and our legitimate interest in securing access.
Members and linked account
Once accepted, we keep the link between your Discord and Minecraft accounts and your whitelist date. Your Minecraft username may be announced publicly in the welcome channel and shown on a welcome card featuring your character's skin.
Game server data
When you play, the server processes your username, UUID, connection IP address, in-game chat messages, rank and permissions. Regular backups of the world and game data are made for technical and recovery purposes, then rotated out.
Recipients and third parties
We rely on third-party services with their own policies: Discord (form, bot and community), our host (server and logs) and the modpack download platforms (GitHub, CurseForge, Modrinth, Prism Launcher). We do not sell any data. If the shop goes live, a payment provider (PayNow) will process transaction data and this page will be updated accordingly.
Retention
Application and member data is kept while you are part of the community, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after you leave or on request. Technical logs and backups have a limited lifetime and are overwritten by rotation.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise them, email contact@akatashi.eu or contact staff on Discord with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
