Terms of use
These terms govern use of the akatashi.eu website and access to the Create Harmony server. By using the site or applying, you accept them.
Purpose of the site
The site presents the Create Harmony server, modpack and community. Browsing it or downloading the modpack grants no right of access to the server: access requires a separate application.
Server access
Access requires an application, acceptance of the rules and available capacity. Staff may refuse, suspend or remove access to protect the service, players or community projects, in particular where the rules are broken.
Your account and responsibility
You are responsible for the use of your Discord and Minecraft accounts and for the content you post (builds, messages, images). Illegal content, cheating, attempts to exploit vulnerabilities and harassment are prohibited and may lead to immediate removal of access.
Shop and support
The store is being prepared. Purchases and payments are not available on akatashi.eu until the payment provider and real in-game delivery are enabled. When the store opens, perks will be support-oriented and largely cosmetic, without granting an unfair advantage.
Intellectual property and affiliations
Text, visuals and site elements remain the property of their authors and may not be reused without permission. Create Harmony is not affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft, third-party mods and services remain the property of their respective owners; the modpack is distributed in accordance with its components' licenses.
Availability and no warranty
The site and server are provided "as is". The team aims for accurate information and a stable service, but the modpack, versions, schedules and availability may change or be interrupted, without warranty. A temporary interruption gives no right to compensation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of difficulty, an amicable solution will be sought first via contact@akatashi.eu.
